Our Fees

Our fees model the "wrap" concept that has become popular with high net worth investors. Fees are calculated on gross month-end assets and charged on a quarterly basis. An additional $25 flat fee applies to equity trades and no-load mutual funds. OTC bulletin board shares or shares trading under $1 are subject to the flat fee for each 5,000 share block.

Commission charged on Canadian equity trade: 1% of value of trade with a minimum of Cdn$100 per order filled.

Note that our fees are among the most competitive in the offshore financial industry. Unlike others, we do not charge extra for limit and stop orders, pink sheets, OTC bulletin boards, or penny stock orders. All fees are in US$ regardless of the currency of purchase. Minimum opening account size $50,000.
